Spiralize zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or julienne peeler
Lightly salt zucchini noodles and set on paper towels to draw out moisture
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté diced onion and garlic for 3 minutes
Add ground turkey, breaking it up. Cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes
Add crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 15 minutes
In a separate pan, sauté zucchini noodles in 1 tbsp olive oil for 2-3 minutes until just tender
Divide zucchini noodles among bowls. Ladle turkey Bolognese on top
Garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan if desired
