Lean Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 head Butter lettuce
  • 1 can Water chestnuts
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions

    Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

    Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds

    Add ground turkey and cook until browned

  4. 4

    Stir in diced water chestnuts and coconut aminos

  5. 5

    Cook for 2-3 more minutes

    Separate lettuce leaves and fill with turkey mixture

  7. 7

    Garnish with sliced green onions
